Clear terms before you pay.
These terms explain how we confirm a trip, split the payment and handle safety changes.

The website sends an availability request. It does not take payment or create an instant confirmed booking.
1. How booking works
- You send the trip, preferred date, group size, name and contact method.
- The request starts as pending confirmation.
- The trip is confirmed after we send the date, departure and return times, price, deposit, pier balance and cancellation terms, and then receive the deposit.
- Do not send a deposit if any of these details are missing or unclear.
2. Times, prices and payment
The morning trip runs from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The night squid-fishing trip runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Each trip lasts 4 hours.
The price covers the whole boat and your group. It is not a per-person price. The calculator shows the total, deposit and pier balance.

The balance is paid at the pier unless we agree otherwise before payment. The price does not change after confirmation unless you ask to change the trip or group.
3. Weather and the sea
- On the day, Captain Yod decides whether it is safe to leave the pier, where to fish and whether guests can swim, snorkel or paddle.
- We cannot guarantee swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, water visibility or a particular catch.
- If it is safe to go fishing but not to swim, the trip still runs without swimming. Captain Yod may change the route or choose another activity.
- If Captain Yod cancels the trip because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, you can reschedule for another available day or receive a refund of the amount paid to Hua Hin Fishing for that trip.
4. Changes, cancellation and lateness
- Before you pay the deposit, we include the free-rescheduling cutoff and any guest-cancellation charges in your confirmation.
- If you change the group size or service, the deposit and pier balance may also change. We confirm the new amounts before payment.
- If you are delayed, contact Hua Hin Fishing immediately. The captain decides whether the boat can safely wait. A late arrival may shorten the trip.
- A trip refund does not cover transport, accommodation or other purchases from third parties.
5. Participation and safety
- Fishing experience is not required. Water activities are optional.
- Non-swimmers may remain on the boat.
- Guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions and supervise children in their group.
- Before booking, contact us privately if you need help with access or have a safety concern that may affect the trip. Share only the details needed to discuss the arrangement.
- Bring sun protection, suitable footwear and any personal seasickness medication you may need.
